Blog Problems.

You may have noticed that there has been nowhere to add a comment on my posts over the last few days.  I have tried everything I could think of to put it right without success.  I was even thinking of starting a new blog but surprise surprise today when I come on here I discovered that the comments were back on Whoopee!!

I am sorry if anyone wanted to leave a comment and couldn't but hopefully everything will be alright now.

Sketch and Stamp Challenge No 29

I have followed the sketch over on

Sketch and Stamp  for this card which will go into my box of cards for sale now. 

The image is a digi image from  Stitchy Bear Stamps isn't he cute.  I coloured him with copics, cut him out and mounted him on foam pads, mainly because I printed him out at too large a size but I like the result.  Quite a simple card really but I do like the sketch and will use it again.  I am also entering him into the Stichy Bear Challenge.

BIRTHDAY CARD

I made this card originally for last week's Friday Sketcher's Challenge but didn't finish in time.  It's for one of my granddaughters who is 17 on Thursday.  It 's very pink and girly but is just the ticket for Jess.  The background card has come out rather purple but is really pink.  I have used my new Collector's Edition Forever  Friends CD and I am quite pleased with the result. 

I think I am going to have to get to grips with the camera as the scanner seems to drain out some of the colour.

Hi everyone,

I've been missing in action so to speak.  I have arthritis and I've not been too well for the past coupleof weeks  but I am now feeling a good deal better I'm pleased to say.   Also I've needed to make a number of cards for my box.  I sell my cards at church each Sunday and also do a coffee morning once a month and this last month has seen various sections within my box become virtually empty.  This means I have not been able to enter any challenges as these cards do take longer to make.  The following are some of  the cards I have made,
